Description

This plugin allows you to specify a chunk of CSS, which will be included in the header only when viewing that post, or a page where that post appears. It is useful if you are demonstrating some CSS effect for which you need CSS in the head section, but do not want it included for your entire site. You can also specify an external CSS file to be included on the page.

Usage

Put the custom CSS in a Custom Field called “Per-Post CSS”. The Custom Fields interface can be found directly below the file upload interface when you are creating or editing a post.
Put the path to an external CSS file in a Custom Field called “Per-Post CSS File”.

Just put that in /wp-content/plugins/, and activate it from the Wordpress admin panel as you would any other plugin.
